In today's market the buyer has so many choices of homes that you need to make sure that your house stands above the rest!
One way to do that is DECLUTTER!
Here are some steps you can take to do it:
- Make a list of all the room where you need to remove clutter.
- Make 3 different boxes that say "throw away", "give away", & "put away".
- Then pick a room from your list & start decluttering. Try to put as much as you can in those "throw away" & "give away" boxes. If you haven't used it in a year, you don't need it.
- The "put away" box is for anything that does not belong in the room you are working on.
- Throw away the trash, give the donation box away & start on the next room.
- Continue this process until all your rooms are done & you will be finished!
